| PREPARATION |

| 1. Place Puree Mix into a large mixing bowl. |
| 2. Add chocolate pudding mix, sugar, vegetable oil, cocoa powder and water. |
| 3. Mix until well blended with wire whip. Hold for 10 minutes prior to serving. |
| 4. Serve at room temperature. Product may be held for 2 hours. |
| 5. Use #24 scoop and transfer to serving dish. |
Optional Garnish Drizzle with chocolate syrup or sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
