PUREE CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE

INGREDIENTS WEIGHT MEASURES

Puree Bread, Biscuit, & Roll Mix 5.2 oz 1 cup 2 cup 4 cup
Water 8 oz 1 cup 2 cups 1 qt
Cocoa Powder 12 g 2 Tbsp 1/4 cup 1/2 cup
Vegetable Oil 28 gm 2 Tbsp 1/4 cup 1/2 cup
Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix 1.5 oz 1/4 cup 1/2 cup 1/2 cup
Sugar 50g 1/4 cup 1/2 cup 1 cup
 
PREPARATION FINISHED PRODUCT
1. Place Puree Mix into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add chocolate pudding mix, sugar, vegetable oil, cocoa powder and water.
3. Mix until well blended with wire whip. Hold for 10 minutes prior to serving.
4. Serve at room temperature. Product may be held for 2 hours.
5. Use #24 scoop and transfer to serving dish.
Optional Garnish
Drizzle with chocolate syrup or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
